Good news! If you’re shopping with us online or over the telephone, then you are covered by the Distance Selling Regulations.

Standard delivery

You have the right to cancel your order at any time, up to 7 working days after the day you receive it. But, you must tell us straight away if you wish to do this. Simply return any applicaple item(s) to us unused in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of and we will issue a refund on receipt or exchange the item if preferred.

You must take good care of the items while they’re in your possession; they must be returned to us in a sellable condition. It is your responsibility to return the items to us, or to arrange collection of larger items. This needs to be done promptly at your cost. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.. The items are your responsibility until they are received by us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Items must be returned in their original packaging. Items without packaging or with damaged/unsaleable packaging are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

These regulations don’t apply to anything that has been made to order, personalised or to intimate, perishable or time-critical goods. Please note that we are unable to accept any returned e-liquids, Mouth pieces, Cartomisers, atomizers, RBA's, RDA's and any other such goods that have been unsealed or used in any way, as this would constitute a health and safety risk due to hygiene purposes.
